100% locally grown barley is floor malted at Britain’s oldest working malting, then given an extended 90-hour fermentation and unusually early cut points to produce an exceptionally fruity new make spirit. Full-term maturation in innovative Red Wine STR and bourbon casks creates a truly unique, flavour-forward whisky with real complexity and length.
