Hine
Founded in 1763 by the young Englishman Thomas Hine, The House of Hine is an independent, family-owned brand with a rich heritage rooted on the banks of the Charente River in Jarnac, France.
Thomas, who arrived in France during the height of the Revolution, joined a local cognac firm, married the owner’s daughter, and eventually became a director - leading to the company taking his name. Today, the House of Hine’s exceptional cognacs are crafted from the prestigious Premier Crus of Grand Champagne and Petite Champagne.
Since 1962, The House of Hine has held the distinguished title of official supplier to the British Royal Family, a unique honour that is renewed every five years.
This prestigious recognition is a testament to their unwavering commitment to producing the highest quality artisanal cognacs.
